RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ROKIN shoes are well known for their very good fit and comfort., still, we understand that sometimes they just don’t work 100% so you will need to send them back.
We are happy to accept returns for exchanges and refunds, but please take note of these guidelines before doing so:
- We strongly advise our customers to try on your new shoes upon delivery before removing attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- Try your new shoes or boots well fastened and with the appropriate choice of socks. For summer style shoes it is always recommended to try shoes with thin cotton socks and for winter shoes and boots it is adequate to use thicker socks.
- Remember that ROKIN footwear uppers are 100% leather and an initial tightness or stiffness is quite normal. We recommend you use a pair of thick white cotton athletic socks to walk in your new shoes for 1 hour or so at home before taking them to the streets.
- It is imperative to try your shoes on a smooth surface (inside your house is a must!) in order not to mark the soles in case you have to return them.
- Items must be returned undamaged and unused with all original tags and original box.
- Returns are accepted for 28 days after the date of purchase.
- Please contact us before returning your shoes. We will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include this number, along with your name and order nr. with your return.
- We suggest sending returns via insured mail. We hope that all packages make it back to us without trouble, but please note that we can't take responsibility if uninsured packages that are lost in transit and never reach us.
- We do not support the shipping costs for returned items which are not defective or are not the result of a stock error.
Return for Exchange:Send your items back to us using the provided Return Address label.
When returning shoes, please pack your return in a box for shipping or at least wrap it in paper.
Please do not use the original Rokin shoebox as your shipping box (do not tape it up and stick the shipping label on it), because we won't accept any returns/exchanges with the original box damaged.
As soon as we receive your returned item we will process the exchange and ship the relevant style/color/size requested within 24 hours.
Return for Refund:
Returned Items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping (unless the items are defective).
For returns processed after this period, a Credit Note will be provided.
